PT. METAKOM INTI PERKASA Consultant’s is an independent organization of consultants in the field of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, founded in May 2009 and became a limited liability corporation since May 2009. Metakom Inti Perkasa is subsidiary company under the Holding Company of PT. Metakom Pranata Group (founded in 1990).
The total number of employees is 35 person, We have technical staff of some 20 qualified engineers and technicians, 15 of them are university graduates, specialized in designing all types of technical installations for a great variety of Office and Utility Buildings, such as Universities, Hospital, Hotels, Theaters, Shopping Centres, Airports, Industrial Complexes, Laboratories, Factories, etc.

The technical specialist of PT. METAKOM INTI PERKASA are experienced in designing up-to-date installations which are needed as an integral part of a building or other type of project, making the entity livable and workable fully answering its specific purpose.
Installations mentioned such as :
air conditioning and ventilation, cooling, steam generation, sanitation, kitchens, electric power, lighting communication, sound and alarm system etc.

A client who wants to build a factory, an office or any other type of project with its complicated systems of installations, cannot do so without external assistance, since he generally lacks the time and especially the technical ability needed in this field.
Therefore he shall contract a consultants, who will form a building team, comprising an architect, a structural engineer, a technical consulting engineer and a specialist as adviser if required. Such a building team under his leadership will perform for him the multi-disciplined operation of planning and designing his project, and will control its realization by one or more building contractors.
The members of the building team are not chosen merely for their technical capabilities, but also because the client my trust them to act in this interest exactly as he himself would do, provided he had sufficient time and specialized knowledge.

Our task as
Consulting Engineers
in a Building Team
The first part of the task we perform after having formed a building team is to assist the client defining his requirements regarding the installation systems most suited to his particular needs and budget.
We conduct technical and economic studies of viable alternatives, supporting the client in selecting the most suitable solutions in close coordination with the project team. Once the optimal systems are defined, we proceed with detailed design. We also provide accurate cost planning for labor and materials, prepare full specifications and estimates, evaluate competitive tenders, and verify final costs. During project execution, our engineers supervise construction to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget control.
Upon completion of the construction work, all installations are thoroughly checked and tested for their proper functioning in every detail, and it is ascertained that the contractor has fulfilled all his obligations before the installations are handed over to the client.
